From 4 people to 800, Diamond Bay Bowling Club caters for functions for all occasions: birthday parties, kids parties, engagements, weddings, funerals, corporate events, Christmas drinks, school outings, Bar & Bat Mitzvahs, SCHOOL FORMALS, pres and afters!.

We had had the pleasure of hosting beautiful engagement parties that incorporated a day of bowls, elegant weddings with ocean views, fabulous kids disco parties, indoor sports parties for kids, School dance parties, sentimental farewells and crazy fun work drinks, bowls more drinks and Christmas fun. 

 

Our main room caters for up to 350 guests dance party style, and more than 350 if utilizing indoor and outdoor, 120/130 sit down with dance floor, 150 sit down no dance floor. 80 - 300 people buffet / canape style.

The main room seamlessly divides into 2 to create a more intimate space. Half the room is perfect for functions up to 60 sit down or up to 110 canape style, outside is great for bowling functions and good weather, catering to 60 sit down and undercover or 80 mingling with seating.

​

We also offer reservations for small parties for bowls, drinks or just a luncheon, we are pleased to have families come for their reunions or just a family day were we do the cleaning up and cooking! 

​

Bookings can be made for the exclusive use of premises or for a designated area.

 

Food and Drinks

We have the best priced bar in the Eastern Suburbs, with in house catering starting at $16.60 per head and with 3 preferred caterers, Diamond Bay Bowling Club accommodates everything including Kosher, Vegan, buffets, BBQ's, Bento boxes, to 5 star dinning experiences.

Catering starting at $16.00 per person for events or $8.00 from the Cafe menu. Kids parties $16.60 per head, substantial Deluxe Canapes $28.00 per head plus GST and much much more.

Venue hire for exclusive use of venue from $150.00 /hr plus GST  for half venue to $330.00 /hr plus GST for the whole venue exclusive per hour.  No venue charge to have a function in one of our areas with access to the general public during our normal opening hours.
